We are looking for a:

GENERATIVE AI LEAD;

to join Finnair’s Generative AI acceleration team in Digital Services.

In this role you will have a vital role in driving Finnair’s Generative AI development and adaptation with the purpose of spearheading and driving the development of common GenAI technologies and driving companywide GenAI agenda. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the Finnair team!

Your Main Responsibilities In This Role Will Include:

• Developing and managing the roadmap for GenAI solutions portfolio and driving GenAI activities and agenda forward in the organization
• Translating stakeholder needs and requirements for new use cases together with digital solution teams and analyzing the value and feasibility of the use cases
• Facilitating knowledge-sharing on the transformative potential of GenAI and supporting training needs
• Managing GenAI portfolio costs related to model usage to support decision making and prioritisation
• Keeping tabs on the rapidly changing landscape, GPT-models, vendors and products to ensure staying in the forefront of technological advancement
• Proactively working together with other GenAI team members, data and solutions teams and business stakeholders to make the most out of the GenAI opportunity

An Ideal Candidate For This Role Will Have:

• Proven track record and experience in translating customer and business needs into digital solutions and driving the development from idea to production
• Overall understanding of Generative AI as a technology, general level understanding where and how it can be used and governed
• Relevant experience from driving innovation agenda related to emerging technologies and in general curious mindset towards processes and people are executing in their daily work and routines.
• Excellent communication skills with people in different organizational levels and functions and the ability to drive change in an organization
• Analytical, business minded, and a proactive and independent working style
• Fluent written and spoken English
• University degree in relevant field
