Generative AI Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Generative AI Solution Architect with a focus on Databricks to enhance our AI solutions. In this role, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and implementation of our Generative AI applications, leveraging Databricks as a group solution to streamline our operations and improve customer engagement.

Your role at RBI:

• Develop and implement the technical strategy for Generative AI initiatives, with a focus on leveraging Databricks Generative AI features.
• Work collaboratively with our team of data engineers and AI specialists.
• Translate complex business objectives into technical Generative AI solutions, Blueprints, re-usable libraries, and design patterns.
• Advocate for and implement standardization and modularity in our tech stack, with a focus on Databricks.
• Ensure the robustness and performance of Generative AI applications in production.

Your core competencies:

• At least 8 years in IT, with a profound expertise in AI, machine learning, and data architecture.
• Extensive experience with Databricks OR other cloud-based platforms / AI services.
• Familiarity with machine learning operations (MLOps) practices.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Machine Learning, and familiarity with AI-related libraries and toolset
• A strategic thinker with a talent for translating complex business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and a talent for cross-functional collaboration.
• A self-starter who thrives both independently and as a team player.
• A strong advocate for Agile and DevOps methodologies.
