Manager – AI Operations

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Manager – AI Operations to lead our Large Language Model (LLM) training projects day-to-day for enterprise clients. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, attention to detail, strong client-facing skills, and exceptional project management abilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of LLM training projects, from initial client consultation to project execution and delivery.

The candidate must be able to maintain EST working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage LLM training projects day-to-day for large enterprise clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing regular project updates.
• Coordinate with technical teams to understand project requirements and ensure correct implementation of each LLM project’s technical setup
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Communicate project scope changes to LLM Trainers. Monitor and oversee output quality day-to-day
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in LLM technology and apply this knowledge to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience managing complex operations projects, ideally in client-facing roles
• Experience managing and building teams
• Strong understanding of large language models and AI technologies.
• Exceptional client-facing and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing financial models and forecasting
• Capable of strategic thinking and problem-solving in challenging scenarios.
