Partner Operations Manager

Why are we looking for you?

As Robovision scales and diversifies its operations, the creation of a Partner Operations Manager role supports our strategic move to become more partner-centric and expand our global reach.

While our Partner Manager in Sales develops the strategic partner channel, this Partner Operations Manager role will support our selected partners in successfully delivering Robovision’s products to the end customers.

What will you do?

  • Support Partner Management in Sales to assess the technical and operational capabilities of potential partners to successfully implement and support Robovision’s products in their respective markets, and to manage the partner contracts related to implementation and support
  • Design and execute partner enablement programs, providing partners with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively
  • implement and support Robovision’s products.
  • Monitor and evaluate partner performance in implementing and supporting Robovision’s products, providing regular feedback and support to optimise their success and the mutual benefits of the partnership.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, presales, product development, product delivery and support teams to align with partners on their respective preferred best practices for Robovision’s products
  • Act as partner’s first point of contact for implementation or support related escalations
  • Actively coach and guide partners in the implementation of their first projects with Robovision’s products

Who are you?

  • 3+ years of operational experience in building and/or supporting an implementation partner channel
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills: able to truly listen to our partners in order to understand what they really need, and able to communicate well with all different internal stakeholders.
  • Open to travel
  • Experience in or affinity with industrial automation, software engineering, computer vision or AI
