Principal Solution Architect

Job Overview – Leena AI is seeking an experienced Principal Solution Architect to guide and mentor our team of solution consultants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of sophisticated solutions and ensuring that our virtual assistant technology integrates seamlessly within our clients’ systems. This role demands a combination of technical proficiency, leadership skills, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the solutions architecture team by providing guidance, mentorship, and support to all solution consultants.
• Define architectural standards and frameworks with an emphasis on scalability, maintainability, and best practices in virtual assistant deployment.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of virtual assistant implementation including requirement gathering, solution design, and project execution.
• Ensure that all team outputs meet technical standards and client expectations.
• Serve as a senior technical liaison between clients, integration partners, and internal teams (Product/Engineering, Data Engineers, Analytics Developers).
• Identify, recommend, and lead the implementation of improvements to the existing tech architecture.
• Develop comprehensive documentation including flowcharts, layouts, and architectural diagrams to outline solutions.
• Address and resolve complex technical issues within predefined SLAs.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in solution design and delivery.

Requirements:

Technical:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in solutions architecture or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field from a Tier-1 college
• Strong technical background with expertise in API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SOAP UI).
• Proficient in REST/SOAP/OData APIs, with hands-on coding/scripting experience in Node.js or a similar framework.
• Extensive experience with database technologies, preferably NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Advanced knowledge in integrating third-party APIs and developing solutions using AI technologies like chatbots (Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, etc.).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, Grafana) is highly desirable.
• Excellent documentation and report-making skills.
• Integration experience with enterprise applications like SAP, Workday, Servicenow is a plus.
• Familiarity with NLP & AI-powered solution development.
