Project Manager- SaaS/Gen-Ai

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Technology/AI/Gen-Ai SaaS-based solutions for clients, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and manage resources effectively to meet project goals.
• Oversee the setup, configuration, and integration of products into client systems and infrastructure.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth project execution.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
• Work closely with development and QA teams to address technical challenges and ensure quality deliverables.
• Define and deliver training programs to facilitate clients successful adoption of Gen-Ai solutions.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create and manage project proposals and contracts.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in project management, with a focus on SaaS/Gen-Ai based implementations.
• Experience with Gen-Ai platforms and frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to think strategically and drive innovation in Ai-based solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate technical challenges.
• Experience in the legal services or related industries is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence outcomes
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or project engagements.
