Bennett Thrasher (“BT”) has an opening for a Robotic Process Automation Developer. The Robotic Process Automation Developer will work within the firm to help modernize operations by building software automations and integrations across numerous applications and systems. This includes providing support throughout the full automation development life cycle.

Requirements:

  • Design, develop and implement various process improvement tools and techniques including workflow, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and analytics dashboards to meet end-to-end business requirements.
  • Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.
  • Create and document test procedures and scenarios for user acceptance testing.
  • Work to refine and expand the automation based upon user’s feedback.
  • Investigate and conduct detailed analysis of RPA Incidents and process exceptions by applying a strategic approach to root cause analysis.
  • Ensure the completeness, effectiveness, and sustainability for the implementation of proposed appropriate solution.
  • Great analytical and systematic problem solving skills.
  • Ability to focus on the core fundamental of the problem and determine to progress toward the optimal solution without deviating or losing focus.
  • Strong problem solving. Service mind, and able to under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal skill and be able to coordinate with other teams and clients.
  • Strong abilities to analyze and prioritize issues for problem resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields (or combination of education, technical experience and certifications).
  • A minimum of 3 years experiences for developer role.
  • Experience developing and consuming APIs.
  • Experience in scripting languages (e.g., VBA, SQL, or JavaScript) and automation/workflow/RPA software (e.g., BluePrism, UiPath, Kapow, Automation anywhere, Power Automate or others).
  • Knowledge of structure programming in VBA, R, PYTHON, JAVA, HTML, ASP.NET is an advantage.
  • Experience in database management with MySQL or SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of SDLC life cycle, project management, agile methodology and/or experience working in project environment.
