Post Finance is on its way to implementing an innovative voice and chatbot solution in the Swiss banking sector. We’re seeking a visionary AI Engineer who can deliver exceptional client value by combining cutting-edge cloud services with custom code, all while ensuring compliance with PostFinance’s security standards.

Description of the main tasks:

• You collaborate with other delivery team members, delivery teams and the business in delivering complex features on time and at high standards
• You will be coding in object-oriented Python, and using AWS AI services (Bedrock, Sagemaker, Guardrails, etc.)
• You define functional and non-functional requirements (LLM capabilities), as well as creating concepts and effort estimates as part of the further development of the GenAI component of the NGB solution
• You implement and fine-tune the GenAI applications within the NGB solution as part of the software development and testing processes in close coordination with software engineering
• You plan and implement the lifecycle management of Gen AI models (GenAIOps

Professional experience/expertise:

• Very good knowledge and experience in software development with Python (object-oriented)
• Very good knowledge and experience in use of PaaS components from cloud providers (especially AWS), and use of CI/CD toolchains
• Good knowledge and experience in implementing LLM models with various techniques (RAG systems, embeddings, etc.)
• Experience in prompting LLM models, especially for chat applications
• Experience in designing and using guardrailing systems (LLM Security)
• Work experience in a banking environment is an advantage.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Generative AI/LLM related courses and certification
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
• Optional: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP): Provides knowledge and skills in the area of information security

Language skills:

• English oral and written
• Optional: German oral (and written)
