THE TEAM: INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY:
Our Corporate Operation team is Zuora’s internal technology organization, responsible for creating technology experiences that connect our teams, drive business alignment and build a stronger, more collaborative workplace.” With a cloud-first approach, we empower our global ZEOs with increased productivity and self-service to enable company growth, scale, and flexibility while hardening our security and compliance posture.
The Digital Workplace team is responsible for all of our technology systems providing solutions for Zuora employees including internal Accounting, Procurement, Legal, and Human Resources departments.
Your Mission:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer with a strong focus on Employee Experience, Integration, and AI technologies. This role requires expertise in designing, developing, and implementing solutions that seamlessly integrate various systems while harnessing the power of AI to enhance employee interactions and workflows. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that elevate the employee experience to new heights.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
- Integration Solutions Development: Lead the design and development of integration solutions that connect disparate SaaS systems and applications, ensuring smooth data flow and process automation.
- AI Technology Integration: Leverage your understanding of AI technologies to integrate AI-driven solutions into employee experience platforms. Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to incorporate AI-driven automation, personalization, and predictive analytics into employee-facing applications.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and other key business stakeholders to understand requirements, gather feedback, and align technical solutions with organizational objectives.
- API Development and Management: Develop if needed and manage APIs to facilitate communication between systems, enabling seamless data exchange and interoperability.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating and implementing new tools and techniques to enhance employee experiences and drive operational efficiencies.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, APIs, and AI models where applicable. Share expertise and best practices with the team to foster a culture of learning and innovation.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues related to integration, AI technologies, and SaaS solutions.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on integration and AI technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience designing and implementing integration solutions using RESTful APIs, message queues, and other integration patterns.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, including machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and NLP libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy).
- Strong understanding of AI model deployment, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies are advantageous.
