What You Will Do:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager (A.I. & Productivity) to join Freshpet’s I.T. organization. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for supporting key strategic initiatives based on leveraging Gen-AI and employee productivity platforms to create organizational efficiencies, growth opportunities, and optimize overall employee productivity. You will work closely with senior management to understand the overall program objectives, work with stakeholders to understand business processes, manage implementation plans and partnerships, help to identify solution requirements, and serve as a key liaison between the business, I.T. organization, and Freshpet’s technology partners.

How You Will Make An Impact:

• Partner with the business to help devise a sequence of Gen-A.I. & Collaboration capabilities in support of Freshpet’s strategic objectives.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment acting as a trusted partner between business stakeholders and implementation teams (including 3 rd parties), and our employees to simplify, educate and harness capabilities throughout the delivery journey.
• Advocate for a positive user experience by engaging with key stakeholders from inception of an idea to implementation and beyond including managing the Change Management process in this area.
• Educate and create success metrics, and KPIs for AI & Collaboration solutions working closely with business leaders and SMEs to monitor and report efficiency and utilization upon implementation.
• Create & maintain solution artifacts as needed, including (but not limited to) current state and future state process maps, change management plans, and implementation project plans.
• Regularly prepare and present project updates including overall roadmap status, implementation risks, ongoing project costs, and new project intake.
• Gain an understanding of the technologies through their implementation to help facilitate the rollout of the platforms.
• Maintain technology partnerships specifically around 3 rd party implementation & ongoing support.

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 10+ years’ experience as a Program Manager (or similar role) supporting cross-functional projects in a complex environment.
• 10+ years’ experience in project risk reporting/management and overseeing I.T. supplier engagements.
• 5+ years end-user experience in employee collaboration tools including Microsoft Teams (Co-Pilot a plus).
• Excellent communications skills, time management, ability to prioritize, and meet project deadlines with the ability to influence, negotiate and lead.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and roll-up your sleeves to help evangelize and implement new technologies as needed.
