Job Summary:
The AI Solutions & Governance Lead is a senior-level role responsible for driving the development and implementation of advanced analytics, data science and AI solutions. They are responsible for overseeing the entire data science process, from data collection and analysis to model development and deployment. The AI Solutions & Governance Lead collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop innovative solutions using advanced analytics and machine learning techniques. They also play a key role in mentoring and coaching junior data scientists, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
The AI Solutions & Governance Lead is a strategic thinker who leverages their expertise in data science to drive business outcomes, and communicate complex data analysis to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. In addition to technical knowledge, the role incorporates strong leadership and collaboration skills to work with varied stakeholders within the organization. In particular, the AI Solutions & Governance Lead will partner with business leaders, data engineers, and product managers to design, build, and deploy AI products.
Key Accountabilities And Outcomes:
- Recommend and prototype AI solutions and modeling strategies to support business objectives
- Design and develop predictive models and algorithms to drive business insights and decisions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data science and modeling opportunities
- Identify opportunities to optimize data infrastructure and architecture to support AI & Initiatives
- Communicate complex data science concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data science and modeling techniques
- Collaborate with the enterprise to drive compliance with data & AI governance
Required:
Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required (Master’s preferred) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or closely related field
- 8-10 years of experience in data science, AI or related field (statistical modeling / machine learning etc.)
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data modeling techniques
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Preferred:
- Proven track record of overseeing delivery of advanced analytics and AI initiatives
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Compensation:
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Rich’s”), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
Annual Range/Hourly Rate:
$126,240.00 – $189,360.00
