As a Generative AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing cutting-edge generative AI models to solve complex problems and create innovative solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional members of IT to understand business processes, and what efficiencies and productivity can be gained through the use of Generative AI models. You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to develop and implement creative solutions that meet business objectives. You will continuously monitor and enhance existing models for performance, and to ensure accuracy and improvement of outputs.

Required Skills / Description:

  • A solid understanding of generative AI concepts and various generative AI models such as generative adversarial networks (GANs) or variational autoencoders (VAEs) or transformers, and when they should be applied to provide optimal results. This includes familiarity with their architecture, training methods and applications for successful implementation.
  • Experience with generative AI models such as GPT 3.5 or GPT 4.
  • Strong Python programming skills.
  • Experience and proficiency with prompt engineering.
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Experience applying AI/Generative AI to real-world use cases and existing workflows.
  • A solid understanding of deep learning concepts and frameworks.
  • Experience with Vector databases.
  • Experience in integrating generative AI models into enterprise platforms and existing applications. The candidate should have a strong understanding of how to leverage these models to generate new data, and how to deploy and scale these solutions in a production environment.
  • Proficient in assessing and evaluating the output of generative AI models, including the design of appropriate evaluation metrics, conducting qualitative and quantitative assessments, and model refinement based on performance.
  • Strong experience with preprocessing and manipulating large datasets to extract meaningful features for training models. This includes cleaning, normalizing, and transforming data to make it suitable for training models.
  • Solid understanding of computer vision or natural language processing.
  • Strong creativity and problem-solving skills, with an ability to think outside the box, experiment with different approaches, and iterate on models and processes.
  • Growth and learning mindset that stays up to date with the latest advancements in AI, and technology in general.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with an ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • BA or BS degree computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or related field.
