Sales Development Representative

This is going to be a year of unprecedented growth at monday.com , and we’re looking for an outbound Sales Development Representative focused across ANZ Mid-market and Enterprise businesses. We are at an exciting point in monday’s growth journey and it is imperative for us to find a candidate who embraces challenge, is eager to learn, and is passionate about succeeding.

The Sales Development Representative (outbound) will be responsible for generating pipeline for the team through a variety of channels.

We are looking for a self-motivated teammate with high social intelligence and a natural inclination for selling.

About The Role

  • Prospect via call, email and social strategies
  • Drive sales growth and create a qualified pipeline for Account Executives in Enterprise accounts
  • Collaborate with the sales team and assist in leading creative strategies to target key decision-makers
  • Understanding clients needs to create a value proposition selling
  • Ability to stay up to date in the SaaS landscape and demonstrate our platform value
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly targets of booked and qualified meetings

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year prior experience in SaaS preferred
  • Strong communication skills-written and verbal with the ability to connect with an influence C-suite
  • Good time management and analytical skills
  • Experience carrying and exceeding KPIs and targets
  • Confident and driven with the ability to drive and own the strategy
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
