About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Sales Engineer to become a key player in our vibrant team, focusing on sectors such as software, healthcare, and AI & Data. The perfect candidate will possess a robust technical foundation, outstanding communication capabilities, and a successful history of selling sophisticated enterprise solutions. This role is pivotal in aiding sales executives with solution selling, orchestrating strategic transactions, and overseeing the technical dimensions of our interactions with prospective and current clients.

You Will:

  • Solution Selling Support: Aid sales executives by aligning customer requirements with our solutions through solution selling into the prospect account base.
  • Strategic Deal Execution: Collaborate with sales executives to strategize, prepare, and carry out significant deals within complex sales cycles.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop economic models for sales opportunities to showcase the value proposition to prospects and customers.
  • Presentations and Demos: Craft and conduct impactful presentations and demos that distinctly convey the value proposition, aiding customers in recognizing the advantages of our solutions.
  • Technical Advisory: Consult potential clients, elucidating how our products and services can satisfy their needs.
  • RFP/RFI Management: Handle all technical facets of RFP/RFI responses to ensure they are thorough, competitive, and submitted promptly.
  • Client Needs Communication: Communicate client needs effectively to the R&D team for future product enhancements, guaranteeing our solutions remain aligned with market demands.

You Have:

  • Demonstrated track record as a Sales Engineer, excelling in selling complex enterprise solutions in the software, healthcare, and AI & Data sectors.
  • Experience with customer success or account management roles, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Hands-on experience with technical sales or pre-sales in the AI & Data space.
  • Strong technical background with experience or understanding in software development, web technologies, and healthcare solutions.
  • The ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Exceptional presentation and creativity skills, capable of delivering persuasive product demonstrations.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent, with a preference for a quantitative background. Degrees in engineering, computer science, or related fields are highly desirable.
  • Willingness to Travel: Availability to travel as necessary to engage with prospective customers and participate in industry events.

Nice to Have:

  • Professional certifications in software development, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), AI/ML technologies, or sales methodologies.
  • Experience in the healthcare technology sector, with knowledge of regulatory requirements and patient data privacy laws.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, collaboration tools, and sales enablement platforms.

Compensation:

$140,000 – $200,000
